Strong Mommas Club is taking its popular postnatal fitness programme online this summer, making
it easier than ever for mommas across the UK to prioritise their health and wellbeing from the comfort of home.
Following
a successful first year supporting local mums through in-person classes in Shropshire and the Midlands, Strong Mommas Club is expanding its reach with the launch of virtual sessions, allowing mothers to join regardless of where they live.
The
move comes just in time for the summer holidays, offering a flexible fitness solution for mommas juggling childcare, school holidays and busy family schedules. The online classes will allow mums to exercise around naps, playtime and family commitments, without
the need to travel or arrange childcare.
Founded
by Level 4 Personal Trainer and mum of one, Lauren Baines, Strong Mommas Club was created to provide a safe and supportive environment where mothers can rebuild strength and confidence after childbirth while connecting with other women on a similar journey.
Lauren
said: “Since launching Strong Mommas Club, I’ve been contacted by mums from all over the country who loved the idea of our classes but couldn’t attend because they weren’t local. Going virtual means we can finally support those mommas too.
“We
know summer can be a challenging time to prioritise yourself when the children are home and routines go out of the window. Our virtual programme is designed to fit around real family life, giving mums the opportunity to move their bodies, build strength and
feel good without having to leave the house.”
The
online programme will continue to focus on postnatal-safe strength training, cardio, core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, while maintaining the welcoming community atmosphere that Strong Mommas Club has become known for.
Mums
can join sessions live from home and connect with other women who understand the realities of motherhood, regardless of where they are based.
Lauren
added: “At Strong Mommas Club, our mission has always been to put mums first. Whether you’re based in Wolverhampton, Cornwall, Scotland or anywhere in between, you deserve access to expert postnatal fitness and a supportive community. We’re excited to welcome
even more mums into the club this summer.”
Strong
